8AM - 5PM - These hours are considered regular business hours and we may be limited to having your client meet us at our office location. If our team is able to travel to the Closing we will do so. Our office is located in Monroe County.
On Call - Days marked available for On Call we will make every effort to take that last minute Closing. We are typically available for On Call services Monday thru Friday. Weekends by prior arrangements only; no exceptions.
Fee Schedule
Closing & Title Companies please note that we
expect payment regardless of loan funding. If loan does not fund a 70% or $50.00 minimum fee of our Service Fee is expected within thirty (30) days of appointment. No exceptions.
